I was raised in South Texas by Syrian immigrant parents. I attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as a Robertson Scholar and graduated with a degree in Public Health with a Nutritional Biochemistry concentration. In the fall, I will be starting my first year of medical school at Baylor College of Medicine. My three sisters are my best friends, and we love to travel, play tennis, and cook together!
